Damage falloff occurs in Crucible on most hunters. Damage is constant until a weapon-specific distance (point “X” in Figure 1). At point “X,'' damage falloff decreases linearly until the weapon-specific minimum damage is reached (point “Y” in Figure 1). Damage then stays constant at this minimum value for the rest of the weapon’s maximum range. Note: weapon/hunter specific values can be found in each hunter’s wiki page. Damage values in the Y axis of Figure 1 are arbitrary, since damage is hunter and weapon specific.
